Positions open for Graphic Designers include:
ENTRY
Fresh Graduate –to– 1 yr experience
Evaluated basis:
- Design Projects (Student & Past).
- Design & Thinking Process.
- Basic Skills & Knowledge (Drawing, Typography, Image-making etc)
- Familiarity with basic design software. (Must haves: Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop. Good to know: Cinema 4D/Video Editing/Basic web or screen prototyping)
JUNIOR & MID LEVEL
2 –to– 4 yrs experience
Evaluated basis:
- Design Projects (Student & Commissioned).
- Craftsmanship & Specialised Skills (like type design/illustration/photography)
- Communication Skills for internal & external teams.
- Ability to work with complex communication systems.
- Proficiency with design software. (Must haves: Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop. Good to know: Cinema 4D/Video Editing/Basic web or screen prototyping)
- Sound knowledge of print production.
SENIOR LEVEL
4+ yrs experience
Evaluated basis:
- Design Projects (Past, Commissioned).
- Experience with brand design and/or complex communication design.
- Ability to create internal briefs and demonstrate design directions.
- Ability to manage & mentor project teams.
- Ability to manage Client interaction.
- Proficiency with design software & knowledge of production.
REMUNERATION.
- Above industry standards (of design studios in India) & subject to individual’s capability and contribution.
- Health coverage and studio off-sites are offered to team members, in addition.
